Availability of Flowers
All our flowers are handpicked from the market each day, and thus, the flowers may change per the seasonality or market availability. The images of all the flowers in our shop reflect a style only, not a specific combination of flowers. Please use the "Comments" section on our order page to add notes if you would like to add or omit a certain flower or to make any other customization requests.

We do NOT accept cash on delivery

All the prices on our website are accounted for in Singaporean Dollars (SGD).

To ensure the safety of your card details and personal and financial information, we use STRIPE for all online payments. STRIPE is a PCI-DSS compliant security system that gives you the option to save your information for future payments securely.
Flower Care

Flowers need fresh, clean water daily and if possible re-cut their stems every 2-3 days to prevent rotting. You may take them out of water/packaging we have sent in to do so

It is recommended that the flowers are not placed in direct sunlight

Consider adding a sterilization tablet in water if you want to increase the lifespan of your flowers.
Cancellation & Refund

If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure you contact us within 24 hours from when you place an order for a full refund. Any cancellation request beyond this will not be accepted nor refunded
